Augusto Ortega could possibly be the best agent out there but unfortunately his frail health makes him vulnerable to sickness and injury. This condition has accosted him his attendance. There are times when he would have to stay home for weeks. He is forced to fight boredom playing Cabal during these miserable times. He would sometimes confess that he is sometimes embarrassed that he couldn't attend work and is worried of how this may affect the team. He is however indispensable as his knowledge of the system is extraordinary and has even won an award for his performance.
